Who we are

The Ellis Family Gold Coast is an online dress boutique. It is a small online retail business, not a bricks-and-mortar shop, and it does not have a showroom you can visit.

The store is owned and operated by VK Commerce Group LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. There is no physical store on the Gold Coast — the name reflects the coastal style of the clothing we sell, not the location of the business.

What we sell

We curate relaxed, easy-wearing dresses and separates — mostly midi and maxi lengths, florals and prints, in a coastal palette. We choose pieces we think are comfortable and well cut, and we price them so they are affordable.

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We do not design or make the garments ourselves. Where we can measure a garment, we publish those measurements on the product page so you can compare them against something you already own.

How fulfilment works

We do not hold stock. When you place an order, it is sent to our supplier, who ships it directly from China to your address. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivery usually takes a further 5–10 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–13 business days.

Shipping is free on every order and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund, including items bought on sale. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage; if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover it. See our Refund Policy for the detail, and note that nothing there limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
